With Basic, you’ll prepay at booking, park in a designated area, and use our 24/7 shuttle service to get to the airport. It’s a simple way to secure your spot and travel with peace of mind.

Important:
- Basic parking reservations are non-refundable.
- To make any changes to a Basic Parking reservation, you must upgrade to Standard or Premium parking. If the new reservation has a lower rate, refunds will not be issued for the difference.
- You cannot earn or use Spot Club points on Basic parking, and discounts are not available for this option.
How Basic Parking Works and What to Expect

Arrive at Your Scheduled Time
- Come to the facility at the date and time listed on your reservation.

Check-In
- Scan the QR code from your app or reservation confirmation at the entry gate. Follow the Basic parking signs or an attendant’s directions to the Basic parking area.

Park and Walk to the Basic Shuttle Pick Up Area
- After parking, take your luggage and follow the signs to the designated shuttle pick up area. It is a short walk from your parking spot to the shuttle shelter.

Board the Shuttle
- The driver will load your luggage and give you a locator slip showing you parked in Basic. Keep this slip - you’ll need to give it to the shuttle driver when you return.

Return Trip
- When you come back, use our mobile app to locate the pick up location at the airport. Your shuttle will drop you off at the same shuttle shelter pick-up area. From there, you’ll walk back to your vehicle.

Modifying Your Reservation Before You Park
To make any changes to a Basic Parking reservation, you must upgrade to Standard or Premium parking. If the new reservation has a lower rate, refunds will not be issued for the difference. Updates can be made up to one hour before your scheduled check-in time.

Extending Your Stay If You’re Already Parked
You can extend your Basic parking reservation after you’ve parked by using our app or website. Learn how to extend your reservation HERE.
The first 24 hours are charged at the average daily reservation rate or drive-up rate (whichever is less); any additional days are at the drive-up rate on the day of entry.
Canceling Your Basic Parking Reservation
Basic reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled for a refund.
Important Details for Basic Parking
Basic parking reservations are Pay Now only, which means you’ll pay at the time of booking and the reservation is non-refundable under our reservation policy.
Basic parking does not earn Spot Club points, and points cannot be redeemed for Basic parking stays.
Discounts, promo codes, and Spot Club member offers do not apply to Basic parking reservations.
To keep your quoted reservation rate, you must park in the Basic parking area and arrive during the valid window: from 9:00 PM the day before your reservation through your scheduled checkout time. Parking outside this window or in a different area will result in drive-up rates, which are the daily rates shown on the day you check in.
