Standard Parking: Our Signature Experience
Standard is our most popular option, designed for travelers who want convenience, and great service.
- Trunk-to-terminal service at most locations - we pick you up at directly your vehicle.
- Parking types vary by location (uncovered, covered, valet, etc.).
- Choice of Pay Now or Pay Later reservations & discount eligible.
- Earn Spot Club points on paid stays and redeem points for free parking.
- EV charging and car care services at select locations and parking types.
Premium Parking: The Upgrade for an Even Faster Exit
Premium includes all Standard benefits plus extra perks and is available at select locations
- First dropped off at your vehicle when you return home - you get back to your car faster.
- Earn 10 additional Spot Club points per day when you purchase Premium parking.
- Priority Guest Services support
Basic Parking: Simple and Prepaid
Basic parking is a simple, self service option with no added frills. Available at select locations.
- Simply park your vehicle and walk a short distance to the shuttle pickup area.
- Basic parking is Pay Now only, doesn’t accept discounts, and is not eligible to earn or redeem Spot Club points.
- To make any changes to a Basic Parking reservation, you must upgrade to Standard or Premium parking. If the new reservation has a lower rate, refunds will not be issued for the difference.
Reservation Helpful Details
- Rates are calculated in 24 hour increments starting at check-in. Arrive within your arrival window and park at the correct facility and parking type to avoid additional charges. Overlapping or back-to-back reservations aren’t permitted.
- Reservations offer the best rates; drive-up guests pay the drive-up rate at entry.

You may modify up to 1 hour before check-in, with updated pricing based on the rates available when the change is made.
- Basic Pay Now reservations can only be changed by upgrading to Standard or Premium (no refunds if the new rate is lower).

Pay Now Reservations

Entry Window: Valid starting 9 PM the day before your check-in date through your scheduled checkout time.
- Enjoy in/out privileges—you can enter, exit, and re‑enter anytime with the same QR code.
- Cancellation: Pay Now reservations are nonrefundable, including unused days.

Extending your stay once you're parked:
- First 24 hours: charged the average daily rate or drive-up rate (whichever is lower).
- Additional days: charged at the drive-up rate.
- Spot Club points cannot be used on overstays.
Pay Later Reservations

Entry Window: Valid from 9 PM the day before your reservation date until 3 AM the day after.
- No in/out privileges- your reservation allows a single entry and exit only.
- Cancellation: Can be canceled anytime with no penalty.

Monthly Parking Subscriptions
Want unlimited parking for a flat monthly rate? A subscription might be right for you!
If your subscription ends while you’re parked, the remaining time is billed at the drive-up rate. You can purchase a new subscription anytime—it activates when you exit and reenter with the new QR code.
Only one subscription is allowed per market, and it cannot be used at multiple facilities.
