A $5.95 reservation fee is charged at booking to secure your spot and process your reservation — it’s non-refundable and separate from parking charges. Helpful Tips for a Smooth Stay
- Check-in and checkout times on our website are available in 30-minute increments.
- If you're leaving after 11:30 PM, set your checkout time to 12:00 AM the next day — midnight starts a new day.
- To stay stress-free, choose a check-in time at least 30 minutes before you plan to arrive at the airport.
- Stays are billed in 24-hour increments, starting from your check-in time.
- Once you hit the 24-hour mark, an additional day is charged.
- Be sure to park at the correct facility and in the parking type you selected during booking — parking in the wrong area may result in extra charges.
- To make sure everything goes smoothly, please book one reservation for your entire stay. Back-to-back reservations won’t be accepted at checkout, so it’s best to keep it simple with a single booking.

Making Multiple Reservations
We’re unable to support overlapping reservations on a single Spot Club account. If you need to book a second reservation:
- Log out of your Spot Club account.
- Book as a guest or use a different Spot Club account.
Want to use points for both reservations? We can help!

Parking for Oversized Vehicles, Motorcycles & Scooters
Have an RV, trailer, or other oversized vehicle? Please contact the General Manager at your local facility to check availability and accommodations.
Riding in on a motorcycle or scooter? You’re welcome at any of our locations! Just park in a regular space—we don’t have designated spots for two-wheelers.
Tax-Exempt Parking
If your stay qualifies for tax exemption, please select the Pay Later option when booking. At checkout, present your tax-exempt form to the cashier to apply the exemption.
Important Notes:
- You must show your form each time you park.
- Forms cannot be saved to your Spot Club account.
