Redeeming your Spot Club points is easy—but timing is everything! To use your points, you’ll need to make a reservation before you check in. Once you’ve checked in, points can no longer be applied to your stay.
Heads up: You can only use one reservation per stay. Back-to-back reservations won’t be accepted at checkout. Basic parking does not earn Spot Club points, and points cannot be redeemed for Basic parking stays.
How to Redeem Points on Our Website

Sign in to your Spot Club account
Click “Sign In/Join” in the upper right-hand corner of our website and enter your email and password. Click your name in the top right corner. -
Click “Redeem Points”
You’ll find a yellow and black button just below your point total.If you’ve already started a reservation without clicking “Redeem Points” first, click your name in the top right corner to restart the process.
- Choose your airport, travel dates, and times, then click “Reserve.”
- Select your parking type

Pick the days you’d like to cover with points.
If you don’t have enough points for your full stay, you’ll choose how to pay for the remaining days—either Pay Now or Pay Later. - Confirm your contact info and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

Review and complete your reservation.
Your points will be deducted immediately, and a confirmation email will be sent your way.
How to Redeem Points in the App

Log into your Spot Club account
Tap the Account icon (bottom right), Profile (top right), or Menu (top left) to access “My Account.” - Scroll down and Tap “Redeem Points”
- Choose your location, travel dates, and parking type.

Select the days you’d like covered by points.
If your points don’t cover the full stay, choose how to pay for the remaining days. -
Tap “Complete Reservation”
Your points will be applied instantly, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Important Reminders
- Points must be redeemed before check-in. Once you’ve checked in, they can’t be applied to your stay.
- Scan your reservation or app QR code at check-in and checkout to link your point redemption reservation.
- Reservations must be made at least one hour before arrival to use points.
- Only one reservation can be used per stay.
- Basic parking does not earn Spot Club points, and points cannot be redeemed for Basic parking stays.
