theSpotClub is our free loyalty program that rewards you every time you park. You’ll earn points toward free parking, and those points can be redeemed for Standard or Premium parking stays.
Note: Basic parking does not earn points and points cannot be redeemed for Basic parking.
- Earn 4 points for every dollar spent on parking.
- Gold and Platinum members earn 25–50% more points towards free parking!
- Point redemption rates are locked in every January for the entire calendar year.

👥 Can I Add Someone to My Account?
Spot Club accounts are limited to one name and one primary email address.
However, others can still enjoy the benefits by:
- Downloading the app
- Logging in with your credentials
- Scanning the QR code at check-in and checkout
Note: Only one car can be parked at a time per Spot Club account.
