Want to see what’s included in your Elite status?
- On Desktop: Log in to your Spot Club account and click My Benefits.
- On the App: Tap the menu icon (top left), then My Account, scroll down, and tap See My Benefits.
📅 What’s My Anniversary Date?
Your anniversary date is the day you joined Spot Club.
To find it, log in to your account and look for Member Since on the left-hand side.
🎉 On your anniversary, Gold and Platinum members receive enough points for one free day of Standard parking—automatically added to your account!
🚗 Do Platinum Members Need a Reservation?
Reservations aren’t required—but they’re highly recommended to:
- Guarantee your preferred parking type
- Access Premium upgrades, when available at the time of reservation
- Lock in our best rates
Even if our facility is full, Platinum members will always be accommodated. While we can’t guarantee a specific parking type without a reservation, we’ll make sure your car has a spot. Drive-up rates will apply.
🧼 Car Care Discounts for Elite Members
Gold and Platinum members enjoy discounts on car care services!
To apply your discount:
- Log in to your Spot Club account
- Add a car care service during the reservation process
- Your discount will be automatically applied before payment
Note: Car care must be added at the time of reservation for the discount to apply.
🎉 Free Exterior Hand Wash with Points
Gold and Platinum members can redeem 1,000 points for one free basic exterior hand wash per program year.
To redeem:
- Log in to your Spot Club account
- Click the Redeem Points button
- Begin your reservation and add car care (where available)
- Select the option to use points for your wash
🚘 Reserving Premium Parking Upgrades
Platinum members can enjoy Premium parking for the price of Covered parking—but a reservation is required.
To secure your upgrade:
- Book Premium parking in advance (we recommend at least 2 weeks ahead during peak travel times)
- Scan your reservation or app QR code at check-in and checkout to link your reservation
If you see “Premium upgrade not available,” it means Premium parking is not available for your selected dates.
💡 A Few More Tips
- Corporate discounts, promo codes, and other savings can be applied to your reservation—but only one discount will be honored per stay. Discounts cannot be applied to Basic parking reservations.
- Premium parking is available at select locations and subject to availability at the time of booking.
