Keeping your account up to date should be as easy as parking with us. Whether you're resetting your password, updating your info, or switching your preferred location, we’ve made it simple, secure, and stress-free.

🔐 Locked Out of Your Account?

Let’s get you back in.

Forgot your password? No problem—resetting it is quick and easy:

1. Click Forgot Password (right under the yellow sign in button).
2. Enter the email linked to your Spot Club account.
3. Hit Submit and we’ll send you a reset link.

Password Requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• One uppercase letter
• One number
• No spaces at the beginning or end

Fill out a support form below and send us your 19-digit Spot Club number—we’ll help you sort it out.

✏️ Updating Your Account Info

Change Your Email or Phone Number or Preferred Parking Location

1. Log in to your Spot Club account
2. Click Account Settings
3. Under Account Information, update your email or phone number or preferred location

📬 Note: We no longer require your mailing address—one less thing to manage!

Update Your Payment Method

💳 Tip: Make updates at least one hour before checkout to ensure everything syncs properly.

On a Computer:

1. Log in and go to Account Settings
2. Click My Payment Methods
3. Add a new card or change your default

🔒 Note: You can’t update the expiration date on a saved card—just re-enter the card with the new date.

On the App:

1. Log in and Tap Account
2. Scroll to My Information and tap My Payment Method
3. Add or update your card info

🏢 Changing the Company Linked to Your Account?

If you’ve switched employers or no longer work for the company linked to your Spot Club account, we can help update it.

Click Contact Us and send us:

• Your new company email
  or
• A photo of your company badge

We’ll take care of the rest.

Say it ain’t so—we hate goodbyes, but we understand.
