Park n’ Jet has proudly served the Salt Lake City community for more than 30 years. While Park n’ Jet’s operations are coming to a close, you’ll continue to be well taken care of. The Parking Spot — the largest near‑airport parking company in the United States — is now managing this location.
This guide explains what guests can expect during the transition.
Will my existing Park n’ Jet reservation be honored?
Yes. All existing PNJ reservations will be honored. Please bring a copy of your PNJ reservation voucher to show the attendants at exit.
When you arrive, swipe your credit card to create a virtual ticket or scan your QR code on The Parking Spot app. You must check out with an attendant to ensure you are not double charged.
Can I still make reservations at Park n’ Jet?
You'll need to make reservations on The Parking Spot website or mobile app.
What happens to my loyalty points?
Your Park N' Jet points will convert to our loyalty program - the Spot Club. Make sure you sign up using the same email address as your Park n' Jet account & the points will be on your Spot Club account within minutes.
Can I redeem PNJ points at checkout?
You'll need to make a reservation on The Parking Spot's website or app and redeem your points there. Points cannot be used at exit. You can find more information HERE.
Why don’t my PNJ reservations appear in my Spot Club account?
This is expected. PNJ reservations weren’t created in The Parking Spot’s system, so they won’t display in Spot Club—but they will still be honored at the facility.
Can I add completed stays to my Spot Club account?
Yes. You can submit a missing stay request for credit.
What about monthly parking subscriptions?
Monthly parking will continue to be honored during the transition. Billing details will be communicated directly to monthly parkers.
Will shuttle service change?
Not immediately. Shuttle service will operate as usual during the transition. You can also use The Parking Spot app to request or locate a shuttle.
Can I still use promo codes or discounts?
The Parking Spot’s discount rules apply. You can reach out to our Guest Services team below.
Who do I call for pickup?
Call (801) 596‑7275 (routed to The Parking Spot SLC). You can also request pickup in The Parking Spot app.
I was double charged. What should I do?
Please provide your PNJ voucher or proof of purchase; staff can assist with a refund at the facility.
