⏱️ Parking Timing & Charges
Your parking stay is based on 24-hour periods starting at check-in. If your travel plans change, here’s how timing may affect your charges:

Early check-in or extended stays may result in an extra day’s charge.
Example: Reserved for 4 days but stayed 4 days and 4 hours? You’ll be charged for 5 days.

✅ Have a Reservation?
We get it—travel timing isn’t always exact. That’s why we offer a flexible arrival window:

Check in anytime between:
9:00 PM the day before your reservation and 3:00 AM the day after your reservation date.
Example: A July 3rd reservation is valid from 9:00 PM on July 2nd to 3:00 AM on July 4th.
When you arrive:
- No assigned spot—just scan your reservation QR code to check in.
- If there’s a greeter, they’ll guide you to a spot.
- If not, follow signs to your reserved parking type and park in the first available space.
🔁 In & Out Privileges - Pay Now Reservations Only
Need to leave and come back during your stay? No problem!
- Use the same QR code to exit and re-enter.
- Your reservation remains active.
- Note: This feature is not available for Pay Later reservations or Partner Locations.
Time spent outside the facility is not refunded.
🚗 No Reservation?
We’ve got you covered.
- Spot Club Members: Tap “Don’t have a reservation?” in the app and scan the QR code to check in.

Non-Members: Swipe a credit card to enter.
(Tip: Remember which card you used—you’ll need it to check out.)
After check-in:
- A greeter may direct you to a parking area.
- If not, follow signs to your preferred parking type and park in the first available spot.
🚌 Shuttle Service
- Shuttles run 24/7 to assist with luggage and get you to your terminal.
- At LAX and STL, and for Basic parking reservations, head to the designated shuttle pickup area after parking.
- During peak travel times, wait times may be 15–20 minutes.
- Partner locations may have different service hours—check your reservation or call ahead for details.
⏱️ Managing Your Reservation & Checkout
Checking out is easy:
- Scan your reservation QR code or Spot Club QR code to exit.
- If you entered with a credit card, swipe the same card to check out.
- Spot Club members will see points added to their account within 48 hours after checking out. Basic parking does not earn points and points cannot be redeemed for Basic parking.
📍 Parked at the Wrong Location?
No worries—we’ll help you sort it out.
- Pay Later: You’ll pay for the time parked, but your reservation rate won’t apply.
- Pay Now: Your prepaid amount can be applied as a credit at checkout.
Be sure to scan your reservation or Spot Club QR code at both check-in and checkout.
If you used a credit card, see a cashier and provide a copy of your reservation.
👥 Need Someone Else to Pick Up Your Car?
Yes, that’s possible! Just contact the General Manager at your parking location to make arrangements.
