At The Parking Spot, we’re all about making your airport experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our shuttle service is designed with convenience in mind—here’s everything you need to know before you ride.
🛫 Where Our Shuttles Go
Our shuttles run exclusively between our parking locations and airport terminals. We do not provide transportation to hotels, rental car centers, train stations, or cruise ports.
⏰ Shuttle Hours & Wait Times
- To the airport: Shuttles operate 24/7 on a regular schedule.
- From the airport: Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, shuttles are on call—just request a pickup via our app or call your local facility.
- During peak travel times, you may experience wait times of 15–20 minutes.
👨👩👧👦 Traveling with a Group or Extra Luggage?
No problem! Our shuttles can accommodate up to 15 guests. Just let the greeter at check-in or your shuttle driver know if you’re traveling with a large group or lots of bags so we can make sure everyone’s comfortable.
📱 Requesting or Tracking a Shuttle When You Return to the Airport
Use The Parking Spot app to request or track your shuttle in real time—even if you don’t have a Spot Club account.
Here’s how:
- Open the app and tap the shuttle icon in the bottom right corner.
- View shuttle locations and pickup points.
- Let us know how many people are in your party.
- We’ll notify the facility that you’re ready for pickup!
🚗 Save Your Parking Spot in the App
Never forget where you parked!
- Open the app and tap the menu icon (top left).
- Select Mark My Car Location.
- Enter your space number or location, snap a photo, and tap Save Location.
- When you return, share your space number/parking location with the shuttle driver for a quick drop off.
♿ Accessibility
While our shuttles are not wheelchair accessible, guests may be dropped off at the terminal in their own vehicle, which can then be valet parked at our facility.

💵 Tipping
Tipping is not required, but always appreciated!
You can tip your shuttle driver or valet attendant with cash or mobile tipping via QR codes inside the shuttle.
👶 Car Seats
Car seats are not required, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
All shuttles are equipped with seat belts, and children are always welcome aboard.
🐾 Pets
Pets are welcome! They must remain in a carrier during the ride.
If you’re traveling with a large dog without a carrier, please let the greeter know so we can make the right accommodations.
