Accessibility Services at The Parking Spot Facilities
At The Parking Spot, we’re committed to making travel easier for all of our guests, including guests who use a wheelchair or are otherwise unable to board one of our complementary airport shuttles under their own power.
The Parking Spot offers these travelers with an equivalent, personalized service: upon request, we will drive with you in your vehicle from our parking facility to the airport terminal, assist with your drop-off, and then return to valet park your car at our facility. When you return from your trip, we’ll bring your vehicle directly to the terminal to pick you up, ensuring a smooth and accessible experience from departure to arrival.
Service Animals are also welcome at The Parking Spot facilities and on its complementary airport shuttles. Drivers of The Parking Spot’s shuttles make audible announcements for each stop, and guests with hearing or sight impairments may request further accommodation to identify stops at the airport by making the request with your driver.

How to Request Accessible Transportation Online via Website (PHX ONLY)
When making a reservation online, you’ll find an option under the Trip Information section labeled Assistance Request: Request (ADA) accessible transportation to the airport.
To request this service:
- Check the box next to the accessibility option.
Please note:
The Parking Spot’s shuttles are not wheelchair accessible.
Accessible transportation is reserved for customers with disabilities.
- We kindly ask that only customers who use wheelchair or are otherwise unable to board our shuttle due to mobility limitations request this accessible service, to ensure timely availability for our disabled guests.
