🔁 Used the Wrong Credit Card at Checkout?
No problem! While our local facilities can’t switch payment methods during checkout, they can assist after you've checked out.

📅 Why Was I Charged for an Extra Day?
Reservations are based on 24-hour periods, starting from the time you check in.
Example:
If your reservation is for 2 days and 1 hour, it will be considered 3 days.
You’ll have until 2 days and 24 hours to check out before being charged for a 4th day.
The clock starts at check-in, so plan accordingly to avoid extra charges.
💸 Where’s My Refund?
Once a refund is processed by The Parking Spot, it may take 3–7 business days to appear on your credit card, depending on your bank.

🧾 I Was Double Charged—What Should I Do?
If you believe you were charged twice for your stay, we’re here to help. Fill out our support form below and include:
- Your reservation number
- A photo of your receipt from checkout
Our team will review the transaction and work to resolve it quickly.
📋 Can I Get a Copy of My Receipt?
Yes! Here's how:
- If you had a Pay Now reservation, your confirmation email is your receipt.
- If you paid at the facility, you can look up your receipt HERE.
- If you used your Spot Club account, log in and click Transaction History on the left-hand side. Then click View Receipt next to the stay.
