How to Cancel Your Reservation—Including Partner Locations
We get it—plans change. Whether your flight was canceled or your schedule shifted, we’ve made it easy to cancel or modify your reservation when you need to.
💳 Pay Now vs. Pay Later: What You Need to Know
We offer two types of reservations, and each has its own cancellation policy:
✅ Pay Later

Fully flexible. You can cancel anytime.
- To cancel in the app:
- Sign into your Spot Club account.
- Tap your upcoming reservation.
- Scroll down and tap Cancel Reservation.
- To cancel in the app:
💰 Pay Now
- Lowest rate, no refunds. Pay Now reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or credited.
- If your reservation includes Pay Now, it cannot be canceled—even if combined with points.
🅿️ Canceling Partner Location Reservations
If your reservation is at one of our Partner Locations, you’re in luck! These reservations are refundable and can be canceled up to 1 hour before your check-in time.
🔄 Need to Make Changes Instead?
You can modify both Pay Now and Pay Later reservations up to 1 hour before check-in. That includes:
- Changing your dates
- Adjusting your arrival time
- Switching your parking type
- Selecting a different location
- Important: To make any changes to a Basic Parking reservation, you must upgrade to Standard or Premium parking. If the new reservation has a lower rate, refunds will not be issued for the difference.
👉 Click here to modify your reservation. Any changes will cause the reservation to be recalculated at the current rate, not the original booking rate.
🎯 Using Spot Club Points?
If you booked with points, you can cancel and get your points back—as long as the reservation is either all points or points + Pay Later.
To cancel:
- Log into your Spot Club account.
- Click Cancel next to your reservation.
- Confirm cancellation—your points will be automatically returned.
⚠️ Reservations made with points + Pay Now cannot be canceled.
✈️ Flight Canceled by Your Airline?
No problem. If your airline canceled your flight, we’re here to help. Just fill out our support form below and send us the notice from your airline. We’ll take it from there.
