We’re all about making your airport parking experience smooth and stress-free—including how you pay. Here’s everything you need to know about our payment options and mobile tipping features.
Cashless Convenience
All of our locations are completely cashless.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, so you can check in and check out quickly—no need to carry cash or worry about exact change.
Tipping: Optional, Appreciated
Tipping is never required for any of our services, but if you’d like to show appreciation to your shuttle driver or valet attendant, tips are always welcome.
We offer mobile tipping for added convenience. Just scan the driver's QR code located on the interior windows of our shuttles to leave a tip using your credit card.
How Mobile Tipping Works:
- Open your phone’s camera and scan the QR code.
- Select your desired tip amount.
- Enter your payment info, complete the Captcha, and tap Pay.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your tip is submitted.
- Tips are non-refundable and do not earn Spot Club points.
Save Your Payment Info for Faster Checkout
Want to make future payments even easier? You can save your credit card in your Spot Club account.
How to Save a Card in the App:
- Open the Parking Spot app and tap the menu icon (top left).
- Select My Account.
- Scroll down and tap My Payment Method.
- Tap Add a new payment method.
- Enter your card info, complete the Captcha, and tap Add Credit Card.
- You can view or update your saved cards anytime under My Payment Methods.
Once saved, your card will automatically populate when tipping or checking out—no need to re-enter your info.
