If you have a plastic Spot Club card and have never registered it and do not already have a Spot Club account, please first sign up for a Spot Club account here.
Once you have, click the Contact Us below and send us the number on the front of your plastic card. We can then link this number to your Spot Club account and set it as the active Spot Club number.
