You will be able to modify your reservation and add a car wash up to 48 hours prior to your reservation check-in time. Once you check-in, you will not be able to modify your reservation.
You will be able to modify your reservation HERE. You will be given the option to log in to your Spot Club account (if applicable) to modify your reservation or search for your reservation using your confirmation number and email used to make your reservation.
If you choose to login to your Spot Club account, once logged in, you will need to click on My Reservations on the left-hand side. Then click Modify next to the reservation you wish to add a car wash to.
You will then be asked to reconfirm the location, check-in date/time, checkout date/time, parking type* and payment option (Pay Now or Pay Later). You will then be given the option to add a car wash to your reservation. Continue to follow the prompts to prepay for your car wash. All car washes must be paid for in advance and cannot be paid for at the end of your stay.
To modify your reservation on the app, login to your Spot Club account and click on the reservation you would like to modify, then click Edit in the upper right-hand corner.
You will then be asked to reconfirm the location, check-in date/time, checkout date/time, parking type* and payment option (Pay Now or Pay Later). You will then be given the option to add a car wash to your reservation. Continue to follow the prompts to prepay for your car wash. All car washes must be paid for in advance and cannot be paid for at the end of your stay.
*Car care options are only available for select parking types. If a car wash is available, it will be listed under the parking type when make or changing a reservation.
