Why didn’t I receive the 20% discount from Chase off my first reservation?

The discount you received on your first reservation was higher than the 20% offered. The highest discount will always be applied to your reservation.  This includes any corporate or coupon discounts as well.  The 20% is still in your account to use on a future reservation. Discounts and coupons cannot be combined.
