I am a gold or platinum Spot Club member. How do I redeem my Spot Club points for a free exterior hand car wash?

Log in to your Spot Club account and select Redeem Points, a yellow and black button on the right-hand side of your member homepage. Begin the reservation process, and when you are prompted to add car care (where applicable), you will have the option to use points on a basic wash (one free wash per program year). Please note, the basic wash does require 1,000 points.
