Your "Total Points Earned" are only the points you earned in the current elite status cycle (since January 1st).
If you are a Gold or Platinum member, your bonus points do not count toward your Elite Status qualification.
We occasionally offer complimentary promotional points that may be used for free parking. However, the points earned in a promotion aren't considered "earned" points towards your elite status.
Redeemable points are the points you can use towards free parking.
