To receive missing credit, please wait 24 hours after checkout, then login to your Spot Club account and click on Account Settings.
On the right side, select Missing Credits.
Enter your ticket or sequence number in the text box. Please refer to the highlighted ticket or sequence numbers in the graphic. Your stay will then be added to your account immediately. Please allow 12 hours for your total days parked to update.
You can also receive missing credit through the Parking Spot App. Login and swipe up on the arrow, above Reserve, to view the menu. Tap on Spot Club Account, then Request Missing Credits, and then follow the prompts on your phone for the points from your stay to be applied to your account.
