To receive missing credit, please wait 24 hours after checkout, then log in to your Spot Club account and click on Account Settings.
On the right side, select Missing Credits.
Enter your sequence or transaction number in the text box. Please refer to the highlighted sequence number in the graphic shown to you. Your stay will then be added to your account immediately. Please allow 12 hours for your total days parked to update.

Log in and swipe up on the arrow, above Reserve, to view the menu. Tap on Spot Club Account, then Request Missing Credits, and follow the prompts on your phone for the points from your stay to be applied to your account.
**Please note, you will not be able to receive points for reservations made on 3rd party sites such as APR (Airport Parking Reservations) and Spot Hero and Partner location reservations.
