Plans change—we get it. That’s why The Parking Spot makes it easy to update your reservation, whether you booked with Pay Now or Pay Later.
🔄 Flexible Changes, Just in Time
You can modify your reservation up to one hour before your check-in time. That includes:
- Changing your dates or times
- Switching your parking type
- Updating your location
There’s no limit to how many times you can make changes, and you can do it all online.
Modifying Basic Reservations
To make any changes to a Basic Parking reservation, you must upgrade to Standard or Premium parking. If the new reservation has a lower rate, refunds will not be issued for the difference.
💳 If You Booked with Pay Now
If your changes affect your prepaid amount—like switching facilities or parking types—here’s what happens:
- ✅ Your original reservation will be refunded in full
- 💳 You’ll be charged the difference based on current rates

We get it—sometimes plans change mid-trip. If you’ve already checked in, here’s how your reservation type affects what happens next:
Pay Later
Headed home earlier than expected? No worries. With a Pay Later reservation, you’ll only be charged for the actual time you parked. Easy, flexible, and fair.
Pay Now
Pay Now reservations are prepaid for the full duration of your stay. If you leave earlier than planned, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit for unused time.

- Log in to your Spot Club account
- Click My Reservations on the left-hand side
- Find the reservation you want to change and click Modify
📱 How to Modify via the App
- Log in to your Spot Club account
- Tap the reservation you'd like to change
- Tap Edit in the upper right-hand corner
🚗 Want to Add Car Care?
You can add a car wash to your reservation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- Log in to your Spot Club account or search using your confirmation number and email
- Click Modify next to your reservation
- Reconfirm your details and select Add Car Wash
- Prepay for your car wash (required)
Car care services are only available at select locations and for specific parking types. If available, they’ll be listed when booking or modifying your reservation.
🚙 Changing Vehicle Type?
We only need to know your vehicle type if you’ve selected a car wash.
If you’re using valet parking, our attendants will note your vehicle type at check-in.
📌 A Quick Reminder
Any changes made to your reservation will be recalculated at the current rates, not the rates from your original booking. This applies to both Pay Now and Pay Later reservations.
