Q: How do your rates work?
A: Our stays are billed in 24 hour increments; beginning at the time you enter the facility. We do not offer hourly or partial day rates.
To see an estimated cost for your stay, please enter your airport, check-in and checkout date and times HERE, then click Reserve. Login to your Spot Club account or continue as a guest to view rates.
*Please note the rates online are only valid with a completed reservation.
Q: What types of reservations do you offer?
A: We have a Pay Now, payment due at booking & nonrefundable & Pay Later, which is flexible & you pay at checkout. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for the best rates. Without a reservation, you are charged the drive up rate shown on the screens at the entry gates.
Q: Can I redeem points at checkout?
A: Points must be redeemed by making a reservations online via the website or app. For the time being, you can redeem your points/free days at checkout until January 6, 2025.
Q: Can I use more than one discount?
A: Only one discount is applied to your reservation. Our system compares all discounts available & applies the best one.
Q: Does my company have a corporate discount?
A: Please check with your company Travel Manager to see if you already have an account set up with us. If you do, they will be able to provide the corporate code. You can also contact our Guest Services team to add the discount to your account by clicking the Contact Us button below.
If your company does not have an account set up with us, your company's travel manager can fill out a form HERE.
Q: How do I add the military discount to my Spot Club account?
A: Please email our Guest Services team (info@theparkingspot.com) proof of military affiliation & your Spot Club account number.

Q: Is my existing reservation still valid?
A:Yes! While you will not be able to look up or edit your old reservation on theparkingspot.com, it is still valid, and we are still holding a spot for you! Please be sure to bring your reservation information with you the next time you park.
Q: How do I cancel or modify my existing reservation?
A: You won't be able to cancel or modify a reservation already made with USAirport Parking. You will need to make a new reservation on theparkingspot.com or the mobile app.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Cash is accepted until January 6, 2025. All major credit cards are accepted.
Q: Will I receive a reservation discount for being a Spot Club member?
A: With a reservation you will always receive our best rate! If you would like to receive promo codes when they are available, you can sign up HERE.
