Q: When will my formally Colonial Airport Parking points be converted to my Spot Club account?
A: If you signed up for your Spot Club account using the same email that was on your formally Colonial Airport Parking account, any points will automatically be converted to your Spot Club account within 48hrs!

Provide the email that was on your formally Colonial Airport Parking account or your frequent parker number, and we would be happy to help manually convert any points.
Q: Do my converted Spot Club points from the formally Colonial Airport Parking location expire?
A: If a Spot Club account is inactive for 18-months, Spot Club points will expire. Every time you physically park with us, the 18-month clock will reset.
Anniversary points, making a reservation using points or making a Pay Now reservation will not reset the 18-month clock. You will need to complete a paid stay with us.
