Does my free day of parking from Fuel Rewards® expire? Do I have to use the free day of parking right away?

If a Spot Club account is inactive for 18-months, Spot Club points will expire. Every time you scan your Spot Club account at check-in/checkout and complete a stay, the 18-month clock will reset.
