You will need 350 points per free day of parking at our Colonial by The Parking Spot location.
Redemption rates for each parking type and facility will be locked in for the calendar year and will be displayed on your member dashboard making it easier to track points and days earned. You will be able to view how many points you need per day at your preferred location on your Spot Club account. The amount shown will always be for the cheapest parking type.
To redeem your points for free parking, you must click on the Redeem Points button and make a reservation prior to checking in for your stay.
